Abstract

В статье показаны недостатки применения структурного подхода в управлении. Доказана необходимость применения процессного подхода в управлении промышленными предприятиями и их ВЭД и выделены его преимущества. Уточнен состав подпроцессов бизнес-процесса «Исполнение внешнеторгового контракта» и дан пример распределения и закрепления ответственности в матричной форме
