Abstract

В статье анализируются конституционные права и свободы иностранных граждан в сфере личной безопасности и частной жизни, касающиеся соблюдения принципа равенства прав иностранных граждан и граждан Российской Федерации. Несмотря на устоявшуюся законодательную базу, определяющую правовое положение иностранцев в России, процесс обеспечения соблюдения государством принципа равенства этих прав остается актуальным и не всегда соблюдается на практике. Приведены примеры имеющихся отступлений от принципа равенства при реализации иностранными гражданами права на жизнь, достоинство, свободу передвижения и др.
