Abstract

В научной статье обоснована необходимость реструктуризации организационно-производственной структуры управления Дирекции по эксплуатации стивидорной компании. Детерминированы базовые шаги данного процесса. Произведен расчет экономического эффекта от реализации предлагаемого проекта.
