Abstract

Статья посвящена организационно-правовым аспектам решения проблем, сопряженных с миграцией (как внутренней, так и внешней), реализация которых позволит минимизировать последствия от неконтролируемой миграции. Сделаны выводы о необходимости реформирования государственных структур, нормативных основ и общественных институтов в рассматриваемой сфере.
