Abstract

Статья посвящена выявлению причин дефицита квалифицированного персонала в российском нефтесервисе. Выделены факторы, негативно отражающиеся на эффективности работы отрасли. Утверждается, что одной из причин, обусловивших дефицит квалифицированного персонала нефтесервиса России, являются санкции. Показана роль материальной и нематериальной составляющей для мотивации работников нефтесервиса. Сделаны выводы о необходимости привлечения внимания государства, нефтяных и нефтесервисных компаний к данному вопросу. Предложены приоритетные направления решения проблемы государством и предприятиями отрасли.
