Abstract

Мировая и российская практика свидетельствует о наличии процессов изменения характеристик среды, в которой осуществляют свою деятельность различные организации. Для создания конкурентоспособного продукта все чаще требуется привлечение ресурсов не одной, а нескольких организаций, принадлежащих к различным отраслям. Все больше в мире проявляются процессы глобализации. В совокупности это обусловило потребность в создании межорганизационных сетей. В статье раскрыты понятия межорганизационных сетей и межорганизацион-ных связей. Представлены специфические и обязательные характеристики, определяющие наличие межорганизационной сети. Отражены основные современные тенденции в формировании межорганизационных связей и классификация инновационных сетей. Определено влияние межорганизационных связей на устойчивость экономического роста.
