Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос о правовых фикциях международного права, в частности об отнесении принципа невмешательства во внутренние и внешние дела государства к правовым фикциям. Проведен анализ нарушений данного принципа в историческом аспекте и на современном этапе.
