Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования влияния трансакционных издержек на развитие рынка труда молодежи Крымского региона в современных условиях. Рассмотрены трансакционные издержки на анализируемом рынке труда с учетом действующих субъектов (работодатель, молодой работник, государство). Дана подробная характеристика каждого из выделенных критериальных признаков трансакционных издержек на молодежном рынке труда. Перечислены основные мероприятия, способствующие сокращению трансакционных издержек на мезои микроэкономическом уровне, и установлено, что их реализация будет способствовать повышению эффективности процессов, происходящих не только в молодежном сегменте, но и в целом на рынке труда республики.
