Методологические Аспекты Исследования Образовательных Услуг В Контексте Теории Опекаемых Благ

Abstract

Несмотря на внушительный прогресс современной экономической теории, чрезвычайно трудно найти эффективные решения проблем экономической политики, используя ее основные положения. Однозначного ответа на вопрос о том, что такое образовательная услуга и какими свойствами она обладает, нет. Принципиально иное объяснение мотивов вмешательства государства в производство и потребление товаров и услуг предлагается в рамках концепции экономической социодинамики и теории опекаемых благ. В статье рассматривается возможность применения основных положений теории для трактовки дефиниции образовательной услуги.
