Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемные вопросы, касающиеся правового обеспечения деятельности центров временного содержания для несовершеннолетних правонарушителей органов внутренних дел. Исследованы организация и осуществление взаимосвязанного комплекса мер воспитательно-профилактического характера, куда включены индивидуальная профилактическая, лечебно-профилактическая, противоэпидемическая и образовательная работа с содержащимися несовершеннолетними правонарушителями.
