Abstract

Экономическая нестабильность, изменчивость среды бизнеса, учащение финансово-экономических кризисов оказывают значительное влияние на финансовую устойчивость предприятий разных отраслей и форм собственности. В связи с этим изучение управления финансовой стабильностью, процессами предотвращения банкротства приобретает особую значимость, его первоначальным этапом является исследование статистики банкротств в России. Рассмотрены компании, признанные банкротами в 2012-2015 гг. Информационной базой послужили материалы Федеральной службы статистики, данные Единого федерального реестра сведений о банкротстве, федеральный закон от 26.10.2002 г. № 127-ФЗ «О несостоятельности (банкротстве)», Уголовный кодекс РФ, диссертационные работы в области права и экономики. Представлены динамика банкротства юридических лиц, ее причины. Выявлены проблемы увеличения числа банкротств, а также отсутствия эффективного обеспечения своевременного обнаружения фиктивных банкротств в общей доле.
