Abstract

В статье показано, что развитие национальной экономики напрямую зависит от эффективности функционирования естественных монополий. Рассмотрены основные экономические тенденции и исторический опыт использования неоклассического и институционального подходов в регулировании отраслевых кризисов, а также их влияние на дальнейшее экономическое развитие естественных монополий. Раскрыты основные противоречия и ограничения, препятствующие финансовому развитию отраслей, составлены рекомендации относительно корректировки законодательства.
