Институционализация Концепта «Гражданское Общество» В Контексте Функционирования Современных Российских Сми

Abstract

В статье анализируются направления развития концепции гражданского общества в постсоветской России. Особый акцент сделан на роли СМИ и массмедиа не только в формировании массового сознания и общественного мнения, но и в контексте научных политологических изысканий. Автор рассматривает такие неотъемлемые атрибуты гражданского общества, как публичность, добровольные ассоциации, политическая активность, и указывает, что в каждом из них, особенно в первом и третьем, принципиальна роль СМИ. При исследовании специфики освещения проблем гражданского общества в современной России отмечается, что СМИ могли бы делать больший акцент на собственно гражданских проблемах, а не на политической борьбе.
