Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме модернизации структуры профессионального образования работников уголовно-исполнительной системы в рамках реализации Концепции развития уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации до 2020 г. Автором сделаны выводы о некоторых положительных и отрицательных результатах реформы образовательных учреждений ФСИН России, о влиянии подготовки и переподготовки работников уголовно-исполнительной системы на совершенствование кадрового обеспечения УИС.
