Abstract

Статья посвящена определению целевых ориентиров и приоритетных направлений политики федеральных, региональных органов власти, а также организаций и предприятий в области формирования и развития среднего класса. Доказано, что для увеличения доли представителей среднего класса на территориях различных уровней при формировании политики в области социально-экономического развития и экономической безопасности необходим учет качественных и количественных характеристик среднего класса. Построено древо целей, отражающее схему формирования и развития среднего класса РФ.
