Особенности Государственной Политики Управления Занятостью В Промышленно Развитых Странах

Abstract

В статье проанализирована государственная политика занятости в США, Японии и Германии. Автор приходит к выводу, что в США смешанная политика управления занятостью: активно используются элементы как активной, так и пассивной политики, в Германии ярко выражена пассивная политика, а в Японии активная. Каждая страна стремится к обеспечению рабочими местами всех нуждающихся в работе и к формированию максимально свободного выбора занятости.
