Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу необходимости развития в обществе конкуренции и подготовлена в связи с исследованием влияния мотивации субъектов к инновациям в регионах РФ в зависимости от степени доверия общества к власти. Проанализированы аспекты инновационной активности, определены факторы мотивационной «недостаточности» к инновациям. Предложен ряд формул, позволяющих рассчитать количественные изменения инновационной составляющей в валовом региональном продукте, оценки инновационной активности в региональной экономике в целом, в промышленной и научной сфере.
