Abstract

В статье представлена авторская Методика формирования прогноза баланса трудовых ресурсов Республики Коми как рекомендованная правительством РФ к использованию при расчетах баланса трудовых ресурсов в других субъектах Федерации. Приведены результаты сравнения данной и федеральной методик, а также цифры, подтверждающие прогноз, составленный по авторской методике, что доказывает обоснованность ее применения.
