Abstract

В современной экономической жизни большую актуальность приобретает проблема развития службы управления персоналом в условиях глобализации экономики. Кадровые службы на данном этапе своего развития не в состоянии обеспечить оптимальные условия для высокопроизводительной работы иностранных специалистов, увеличивая давление на фонд заработной платы организации. Новизна темы заключается в конкретной классификации проблем преобразования кадровых служб и их решений.
