Детерминанты Совершения Преступлений Организованными Преступными Группами

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена история изучения вопроса о детерминантах преступлений, совершенных организованными группами. Выделены группы детерминант: социально-экономические, политико-идеологические, правовые и др., среди них обострение криминогенной ситуации в условиях кризисных явлений, политическая нестабильность в обществе, способность организованной преступной группы к самовосстановлению, наличие криминальной субкультуры. Автор делает вывод, что исследование причин и условий создания преступных групп дает возможность планирования мероприятий, направленных на их прекращение.
