Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам занятости на рынке труда ЮФО. Проведенное исследование позволяет прийти к выводам о необходимости совершенствования действующего трудового законодательства, которое в первую очередь может способствовать разрешению многогранной проблематики безработицы, неформальной занятости и структурной коррекции рынка труда.
