Abstract

В работе представлены результаты изучения противоправной деятельности в сфере отношений по обязательному социальному страхованию. На примере статей Уголовного кодекса РФ проведено исследование проблематики борьбы с мошенничеством в указанной сфере. Проведен анализ вопроса о необходимости классификации и детализации состава мошенничества.
