Abstract

В статье автором сделана попытка определиться с понятием «многоквартирный дом» в общем смысле, поскольку указанный термин не закреплен на законодательном уровне. Отсутствие единства в судебной практике и разъяснений уполномоченных органов порождают нестабильность в экономической деятельности. Наличие пробелов в законодательстве в данном вопросе, отсутствие четко выстроенной системы правового регулирования ведет к многочисленным нарушениям прав и интересов заинтересованных лиц.
