Abstract

Статья раскрывает понятие ротации кадров в Главном управлении Банка России по Краснодарскому краю. Ротация рассматривается как эффективный метод, обеспечивающий развитие банка по всем направлениям его деятельности через развитие сотрудников. В статье рассмотрена роль корпоративной культуры в развитии ГУ Банка России по Краснодарскому краю, особенности ее формирования.
