Abstract

Рассмотрены инновационные решения в области управления транспортным процессом в морских торговых портах России. Выделены их достоинства и недостатки. Определены базовые аспекты, требующие учета при реализации новаций на морском транспорте. Акцентировано внимание на отсутствии единой концепции интеллектуализации транспортного процесса в РФ.
