Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые причины прекращения уголовных дел об убийствах, в том числе связанные с изменением показаний участников уголовного процесса. Обосновывается необходимость максимально возможного использования объективных доказательств и обеспечения их сохранности до окончания расследования и судебного рассмотрения уголовного дела.
