Модернизация Управления Социально-Экономическими Процессами В Карачаево-Черкесии

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам модернизации управления социально-экономическими процессами на уровне субъекта РФ. Исследование показывает, как начиная с 1990-х гг. под воздействием политических процессов менялись управленческие приоритеты относительно улучшения социально-экономического положения КЧР. Дана характеристика современным модернизационным процессам в республике.
