Abstract

Данная статья посвящена исследованию механизма взаимодействия субъектов потребительского рынка производителей товаров и услуг, оптовых и розничных торговцев, конечных потребителей, а также анализу причин усиления роли торговых сетей в управлении цепочкой создания ценности. Автор выделяет принципы бесконфликтного и эффективного взаимодействия торговых сетей с поставщиками в процессе создания ценности.
