Abstract

Статья раскрывает особенности и основные принципы принятия управленческих решений в контексте социальной ответственности бизнеса с позиции концепции «черного ящика» с учетом закона необходимого разнообразия. Кроме того, в статье проведен анализ альтернативных управленческих решений с целью минимизации рисков и выбора оптимального решения.
