Abstract

В статье дан критический обзор современных тенденций к интеграции науки и инноваций как основы формирования конкурентоспособности. Раскрывается сущность конкурентоспособности услуги и управления конкурентоспособностью предприятий сферы обслуживания и оказания услуг. Описаны основные отличия обслуживания и услуги, возможные варианты процесса обслуживания. Отражены основные отличия конкурентоспособности услуги и конкурентоспособности предприятия.
