Особенности Правовой Социализации Современной Российской Молодежи В Период Аномизации

Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям правовой социализации современной российской молодежи в условиях аномии. Представлена теория стадиального развития личности Л. Кольберга применительно к процессу правовой социализации молодежи. Молодое поколение России охарактеризовано как важнейшая составляющая человеческого капитала, социальный ресурс, с развитием которого непосредственно связано становление правового государства. Как важные условия эффективной правовой социализации российской молодежи выделены моральная поддержка со стороны агентов первичной социализации, достаточные и достоверные источники правовой информации, качественное образование, содействие со стороны государства в трудоустройстве и развитии талантов и способностей.
