Abstract

В статье поднимается вопрос о взаимоотношениях работников и работодателей, устанавливаемых на основе заключения коллективного договора при участии профессиональных союзов либо иных представителей работников. Такой вид взаимодействия в трудовом праве называется социальным партнерством. Автором проводится анализ законодательных основ для создания профсоюзов и иных представительных органов наемных работников.
