Abstract

Правомочия, которыми полиция наделяется нормативными предписаниями Федерального закона «О полиции», могут применяться лишь при соблюдении соответствующих условий. Законодательно установленные условия применения полицией своих полномочий не только формируют границы правового поля, в пределах которого полицейские могут реализовать свои права и обязанности, но и служат своеобразными индикаторами определения противоправности действий полиции при осуществлении гражданского контроля.
