Теоретичні засади дослідження процесів міжнародної міграції: аналіз розвитку та ключових положень міграційних теорій // Theoretical foundations of international migration process studies: analysis of key migration theories development

The need for transformation of Ukraine's migration policy based on globalized world development trends and in response to the challenges of European integration transformations causes the need of researching the theoretical and methodological basis of migration studies, and the regulations of existing theories of international migration.The bibliometric analysis of scientific publications on international migration in cites indexes found that the recent researches on these problems acquire interdisciplinary character. It necessitates the transformation of migration study approaches basing on economic, social, institutional theories and concepts synthesis.The article is devoted to the study of theoretical regulations of existing international migration theories in the context of the evolution of scientists’ views on this phenomenon.The author found that the existing theories of international migration should be divided into three categories (microeconomic, macroeconomic, globalizational) that contributes to their understanding in the context of implementation possibilities in migrational public administration practice.It allows to determine the theories which should be used for Ukrainian state migration policy constructing and eliminating or reducing the external migration negative effects. Необхідність трансформації міграційної політики України з урахуванням тенденцій розвитку глобалізованого світу та у відповідь на виклики євроінтеграційних перетворень зумовлюють потреби вивчення теоретико-методологічного базису вивчення міграційних процесів та положень існуючих теорій міжнародної міграції. На основі здійснення бібліометричного аналізу наукових публікацій з проблем міжнародної міграції у наукометричних базах встановлено, що останнім часом дослідження даних проблем набувають міждисциплінарного характеру, що обумовлює необхідність трансформації підходів до її вивчення в частині синтезу економічних, соціальних, інституційних теорій та концепцій.Стаття присвячена дослідженню теоретичних положень існуючих теорій міжнародної міграції в контексті еволюції поглядів вчених на це явище. Встановлено, що існуючі теорії міжнародної міграції слід поділити умовно на три категорії (мікроекономічні, макроекономічні, глобалізаційні), що сприяє розумінню їх контексту відносно можливості впровадження в практику державного управління даними процесами. Це дозволило визначити теорії, які доцільно використати при побудові державної міграційної політики України та усунення або зменшення негативних явищ зовнішньої міграції в Україні.
