ПРОЕКТНО-ОРІЄНТОВАНІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ЯК РОЗВИТОК МЕТОДІВ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ // Projected oriented organizations as development of enterprise management methods

Dynamic external environment, significant shortage of product life cycle, increase of product technological difficulty, extension of innovative knowledge motivates managers to look for and use in their activities keys that will provide constant, stable development of organizational structures. The methodology of project enterprise management meets the requirements of «preservation through development». The articles researches the integration of methods and procedures of project management into the enterprise management system. Project management philosophy is the efficient way of existence in the competitive environment and the means for internal development of a company. The author conducts an analysis, determines the essence and peculiarities of a project-oriented enterprise, performs comparing characteristics of functional and project management, describes the stages of gradual transformation of an enterprise organizational structure into a project-oriented one. It is defined that a project-oriented enterprise is that one which functions on the base of innovative development and are scientific, creative and widely use the project activity as the means of a steady development. The article describes internal and external instruments of project management, base knowledge systems on project management and possibilities of enterprises on audit of state of system project management in an enterprise according to the IPMA certification program on the territory of Ukraine. Динамічне зовнішнє середовище, значне скорочення життєвого циклу продукту, підвищення технологічної ускладненості продукту, розширення інноваційних знань спонукає керівників шукати та застосовувати у своїй діяльності важелі, що забезпечать постійний, сталий розвиток організаційних структур. Саме вимогам «збереження через розвиток» відповідає методологія проектного управління підприємством. Метою статті є дослідження інтеграції методів та процедур проектного менеджменту в систему управління підприємством. Філософія проектного управління – це ефективний спосіб існування в конкурентному середовищі, та засіб внутрішнього розвитку компанії. Здійснено аналіз та визначено сутність та особливості проектно-орієнтованого підприємства, здійснена порівняльна характеристика функціонального та проектного менеджменту, описані рівні (стадії) поступового переходу організаційної структури підприємства до проектно-орієнтованої. Визначено, що проектно- орієнтованим є підприємство, яке здійснює діяльність на основі інноваційних розробок, наукоємні, креативні, що широко використовують проектну діяльність як засіб стійкогорозвитку. Описані внутрішні та зовнішні інструменти проектного управління, базові системи знань з управління проектами та можливості підприємств щодо аудиту стану систем управління проектами в організації відповідно до програми сертифікації IPMA delta на території України.
