СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН ТА ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-МЕТОДИЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ БУХГАЛТЕРСЬКОГО ОБЛІКУ ТА АНАЛІЗУ ВЕНЧУРНОГО ФІНАНСУВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ // Current status and trends, organizational methods accounting and analysis of innovative enterprises’ venture financing

The article examines the specific features and tendencies of development of venture financing in Ukraine. It shows the role of venture capital in the further development of Ukraine economy, this role is in financing and development of innovation, distribution of new technologies and increase of employment of highly professional staff in the territory of Ukraine. The authors determine the influence of characteristics of such financing on the formation of organization and methods of accounting and economic analysis of operations with venture capital investments. The paper grounds the necessity of accounting development and analytical support of innovative enterprises’ venture financing management; the state is caused by the need to attract additional funding from venture investors to finance the production and release of innovative products and businesses. The authors determine the directions of solving problems in accounting organization and methods and economic analysis of innovative enterprises’ venture financing, respectively, for the needs of all entities doing business venture and taking into account the peculiarities of this type of investment capital. Розглянуто специфічні особливості та тенденції розвитку венчурного фінансування на Україні. Визначено роль венчурного капіталу в подальшому розвитку економіки України, що полягає у фінансуванні та розвитку інноваційної діяльності, поширенні новітніх технологій та збільшенні зайнятості високопрофесійного персоналу на території України. Визначено вплив особливостей такого фінансування на формування організації та методики бухгалтерського обліку та економічного аналізу операцій з венчурними інвестиціями. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління венчурним фінансуванням інноваційних підприємств, що зумовлена потребою у залученні додаткових коштів венчурних інвесторів для фінансування виробництва та випуску інноваційної продукції підприємств. Визначено напрямки вирішення проблем організації та методики бухгалтерського обліку і економічного аналізувенчурного фінансування інноваційних підприємств відповідно для потреб усіх суб’єктів ведення венчурного бізнесу та з урахуванням особливостей вкладення даного виду капіталу.
