Abstract

Development and importance of cooperative relations of large-scale and small enterprises have been studied. Role and state of such forms of cooperative relations as subcontract, franchising, leasing, speculative investment have been considered. Досліджено розвиток та значення коопераційних зв'язків великих і малих підприємств. Розглянуто роль і стан таких форм коопераційних зв'язків як субпідряд, франчайзинг, лізинг, венчурне фінансування.
