Abstract

The concept of "rent" and "ground rent" from the standpoint of economic theory as well as legal and contemporary perspectives, emphasis on the modern interpretation of concepts have been analyzed. Проаналізовано сутність понять “рента” та “земельна рента” з точки зору економічної теорії, а також, юридичної та сучасної точок зору, акцентовано увагу на сучасній інтерпретації даних понять.
