Abstract

Peculiarities of accounting source documents for enterprises of food industry have been researched. Interrelation between source documents and accounting registers has been given. Systematic analysis of the general documents circulation of inventories at the enterprise has been carried out. Досліджуються особливості форм первинної облікової документації для підприємств харчової промисловості. Наведено взаємозв'язок між первинними документами та обліковими регістрами. Здійснено системний аналіз загального документообігу запасів на підприємстві.
