The specific of national trading companies’ functioning has been determined, a number of problematic issues, which prevent the majority of wholesaling companies from efficient functioning and development have been outlined as well as the ways of their solution with the introduction of the managerial accounting system at an enterprise have been presented. Logical and structural model of managerial accounting has been introduced, which will assist in tracing relations between its basiccomponents and elements. З’ясовано специфіку функціонування вітчизняних торговельних підприємств, окреслено низку проблем, які не дозволяють ефективно працювати та розвиватися більшості гуртових підприємств, а також наведено шляхи їх подолання з впровадженням на підприємстві системи управлінського обліку. Запроваджено логіко-структурну модель управлінського обліку, яка дає можливість простежити зв’язки між її основними компонентами та елементами.
