Abstract

Розглянуто сутність поняття “вартість банку”, розкрито особливості ведення банківського бізнесу та обґрунтовано необхідність їх врахування при інтеґральній оцінці вартості банку, наведено основні етапи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення інтеґральної оцінки вартості банку, досліджено підходи до оцінки бізнесу та рекомендовано розширити їх додатковими напрямами досліджень для отримання інтеґральної оцінки вартості банківських установ.
