Abstract

An institutional descriptions of the concepts of "valuation" and "revaluation" have been researched, the necessity of housing and communal property objects at the watersupply, heating and water drain enterprises in Ukraine have been founded and organizational-legal fundamentals for its holding have been defined. Досліджено економіко-правові характеристики понять “оцінка” та “переоцінка”, здійснено обґрунтування необхідності переоцінки об’єктів майна комунальної власності на підприємствахводотеплопостачання та водовідведення України та визначено організаційно-правові засади її проведення.
