Abstract

It has been proved that under the conditions of development of innovative economy of Ukraine one of the urgent problems is the role of accounting for human capital for managing company’s capitalization. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах побудови інноваційної економіки Україниактуальною проблемою є роль бухгалтерського обліку людського капіталу для управління капіталізацією компанії.
