Abstract

Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of accounting reflection of certain lease transactions of individual’s fixed assets by an enterprise in accordance with Tax code of Ukraine (TCofU) have been considered as well as of TCofU statements and other legal acts in the context of their practice implementation for performing correct calculations of taxation of individual’s income from letting on lease his/her property have been analyzed Розглядаються теоретичні і методологічні основи відображення окремих операцій оренди основних засобів підприємства у фізичної особи у відповідності до норм Податкового кодексу України (ПКУ), аналізується спів ставність положень ПКУ та інших нормативно-правових актів в контексті їх застосування в практичної діяльності на предмет проведення правильних розрахунків оподаткування доходу фізичної особи від надання нею власного майна в оперативну оренду
