Abstract

Mechanism of influence of labor potential on forming economy of innovation type has been researched and analyzed. Peculiarities and priorities of recovery, preservation, development and usage of labor capital of domestic enterprises from the perspective of its impact on social and economic development under present-day business conditions have been grounded. Досліджено і проаналізовано механізм впливу трудового потенціалу на формування економіки інноваційного типу. Обґрунтовано особливості та пріоритетні напрями відтворення, збереження, розвитку й використання трудового потенціалу вітчизняних підприємств з позиціййого впливу на соціально-економічний розвиток суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності в сучасних умовах господарювання.
