Abstract

The role and place of career guidance while formatting the national human capital have been characterized, historical background and contemporary significance in the context of career guidance in the context of priorities of economic development of Ukraine have been researched. Охарактеризовано роль та місце профорієнтаційної роботи в процесі формування національного людського капіталу, досліджено історичні передумови та сучасне значення профорієнтаційних заходів в контексті пріоритетів економічного розвитку України.
