Abstract

The problem of low salary level of mechanics involved in civil and erection works in agricultural building has been disclosed. Specific mechanisms of increasing mechanics’ salary while implementing scientifically grounded time standards of civil and erection works in agricultural building have been suggested. Висвітлена проблема низького рівня оплати праці машиністів задіяних на загальнобудівельних роботах у сільськогосподарському будівництві. Запропоновані конкретні механізми підвищення рівня заробітноїплати машиністів при впровадженні науково обґрунтованих норм часу на загальнобудівельні роботи у сільськогосподарському будівництві.
