Abstract

Role of vocational guidance in man’s life and economy in whole has been considered; labor as an economic and psychological category has been considered; analysis of vocational guidance work in Ukraine from 1930th till nowadays and experience of countries with developed economies has been carried out; conclusions concerning intensification of vocational guidance work in the country have been drawn. Розглядається роль профорієнтації у житті людини та економіки країни в цілому; розглядається праця як економічна та психологічна категорія, проведено аналіз профорієнтаційної роботи: в Україні з 1930років до теперішнього часу та досвіду країн з розвинутою економікою; зроблено висновки щодо посилення профорієнтаційної роботи в країні.
