Abstract

Methodical approaches towards evaluation of the effectiveness of creation and functioning of enterprise’s organizational structure have been researched as well as correlation of organizational structure functioning and efficiency of enterprise management systems has been determined. Principles of various organizational structures management of enterprises depending on the goals of activities and external environment have been suggested. Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності створення і функціонування організаційної структури підприємства; визначено взаємозв’язок функціонування організаційної структури підприємства і ефективності функціонування системи управління підприємством.Запропоновано принципи управління різними організаційними структурами підприємства в залежності від цілей діяльності та зовнішнього середовища.
