Abstract

Economic essence of the concept “theft” has been considered, analyzed and specified as well as interpretation of given category at the juridical level in foreign countries has been compared. Розглянуто, проаналізовано та уточнено економічну сутність поняття “крадіжка”, а також здійснено порівняння трактування даної категорії на законодавчому рівні зарубіжних країн.
